§ 10-32. Contempt and bail.

The judge or recorder may punish for contempt to the same extent and under the same circumstances as the county judge may punish for contempt of the municipal court. He shall have power to admit to bail, and to forfeit bonds under such rules as govern such taking and forfeiture in the municipal court.
