§ 12-7. State, county, public agency, and city buildings.

Buildings and structures owned by the state shall not be subject to the provisions of this chapter. However, buildings and structures owned by the county, the Eagle Pass Independent School District, Southwest Texas Junior College, Rio Grande College, the Eagle Pass Housing Authority, and the city shall be subject to the provisions of this chapter, but shall be exempt from the payment of maintenance-related permit fees.
