§ 12-22. Creation of enforcement agency; code official.

The planning department is hereby created as the enforcement agency for the administration of the electrical code, and the official in charge thereof known as the code official. The planning director shall serve as the code official for purposes of the administration of this code. The term "electrical inspector" shall be replaced with the term "code official."
