§ 12-33. Special rulings.

If a special ruling by the electrical inspector is necessary to govern electrical construction not covered by this chapter or by the National Electrical Code, whereby all wiring for similar types of electrical construction will be changed in the future, such special ruling shall first be approved by the board of electricians. A copy of such ruling shall be filed in the office of the electrical inspector, and additional copies shall be sent to each registered electrical contractor.
