§ 12-51. Proof of qualification for registration.

Before any applicant for master electrician or electrical contractor is considered for registration, he shall show evidence that he has successfully passed the examination as prepared and given by the city.
NOTE: ANY MASTER AND JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN HAVING BEEN LICENSED BY THE CITY OF EAGLE PASS AND OPERATING AS SUCH AS OF SEPTEMBER 14, 2000 AND IS IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT ARE EXEMPTED FROM THIS SECTION.
