§ 12-52. Reexamination.

  • If an applicant for a master electrician license fails to pass his first examination, he shall not be examined again prior to the expiration of two (2) calendar months from the date of said first examination. If the applicant fails to pass the second examination, he shall not be examined again prior to the expiration of six (6) calendar months from the date of his last such examination. If the applicant fails to pass the third examination, he shall not be examined again prior to the expiration of twelve (12) calendar months from the date of his last such examination.
