§ 12-124. Limitation of permits.

Each specific permit issued by the electrical inspector under the provisions of this article shall expire by limitation and become null and void, if the work authorized by such permit has not been started within thirty (30) days from the date of the issuance of such permit, or if the work authorized by such permit is suspended or abandoned at any time for a period of thirty (30) days after the work is started. Before such work can be started again, a new permit shall be obtained.
