§ 12-128. Final certificate of approval.

When the electrical inspector finds the electrical installation to be in conformity with the provisions of this chapter, he shall issue to the person making the installation a certificate of approval, when requested, authorizing the use of the installation and connection to the supply of electricity and shall send a notice of such authorization to the agency supplying the electric service.

The electrical inspector shall be deemed the judge of whether the installation of electric conductors and equipment has been made in accordance with the requirements of this chapter.
