§ 13½-5. Basis for establishing the areas of special flood hazard.

The areas of special flood hazard are identified and defined on the following documents prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency:

(a)

Flood insurance rate map (map index) No. 480471NDOA, which effective date is October 19, 2005.

(b)

Flood insurance rate map (multiple panels) Panel Nos. 0001C, 0002C, 0004C, and 0005C, which effective date is October 19, 2005.

(c)

A scientific and engineering report entitled "City of Eagle Pass Flood Insurance Study, Eagle Pass, Maverick County" dated October 19, 2005.

(d)

Flood Insurance Study Number 48323CV000A dated April 4, 2011.

(e)

Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM), Panel 451, Map Number 48323C0451D, Panel 453, Map Number 48323C0453D, Panel 455, Map Number 48323C0455D, Panel 434, Map Number 48323C0434D, Panel 435, Map Number 48323C0435D, Panel 475, Map Number 48323C0475D, dated April 4, 2011.

(f)

The City of Eagle Pass hereby adopts the flood elevations provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, as amended.

(g)

The above documents are hereby adopted and declared to be a part of this chapter and shall be on file in the office of the local administrator of this chapter.
