§ 13½-15. Designation of the local administrator.

The city manager or his designated representative is hereby appointed local administrator to administer and implement this chapter and other appropriate Sections of 44C.F.F. (National Flood Insurance Program Regulations) by granting or denying floodplain development permits in accordance with its provisions.
