§ 14-8-1. Applicability.

This section shall apply to:
1.

Generators of construction or demolition waste in the city;

2.

Current holders of authorization (such as a building or grading permit) by the city to develop, build, construct or conduct construction or demolition activities; henceforth referred to in this chapter as "authorized party";

3.

Self-transporters of recyclable materials, construction or demolition waste in the city; or

4.

Haulers of recyclable materials, construction, or demolition waste in the city.
