§ 14-8-10. Other waste.

Generators of waste, other than waste described above, shall be solely responsible for the accumulation and storage, collection, processing, and disposal of such waste in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding such waste. Generators of waste other than waste described above shall not place such waste in carts, containers, or roll-offs for municipal solid waste, recyclable materials, and/or construction or demolition waste.
