§ 14-8-15. Cart, container, and roll-off requirements.

Permitted haulers shall provide collection of construction and demolition waste with dump trucks, flat beds and trailers that are owned or leased by the permitted hauler. Permitted haulers shall provide collection of recyclable materials in roll offs used exclusively for transporting recyclable materials to recycling facilities that are owned or leased by the permitted haulers. Vehicles used for collection and transportation of all materials shall meet the following minimum requirements::

Each transporting vehicle shall be painted with or securely affixed with the owner's name and business address or telephone number on at least one (1) side of each receptacle. Lettering shall be of sufficient size and of contrasting color to be easily visible at a distance of twenty (20) feet;

Each transporting vehicle shall be painted, or securely affixed, with the tare weight on two (2) opposite sides of the respective container and roll-off; and

3.

Each transporting vehicle shall be cleaned regularly.
