§ 14-8-19. Violations.
1.
Notice of correction. The city may issue a written notice of correction to a driver of a permitted hauler who fails to meet the requirements of a haulers permit.
A.
The responsible party in receipt of a written notice of correction shall complete any and all necessary corrective actions to correct and remediate the documented violations within seven (7) calendar days or the time indicated on the notice of corrections whichever is earlier; and
B.
Upon completion of the necessary corrective actions, the responsible party shall provide a written or verbal description of the corrective action within seven (7) calendar days to the city official identified on the written notice of correction, or for matters that cannot be reasonably corrected and remediated within seven (7) calendar days or the time indicated on the notice of correction, the responsible party shall provide a written statement indicating how compliance with the provisions set forth in this chapter will be achieved within seven (7) calendar days to the city official identified on the written notice of correction.
2.
A written citation may be issued for any violation of this chapter.
