§ 14-8-6. Schedule for collection.

Generators or the authorized party for a premises generating construction or demolition waste shall enter into a written agreement with a permitted hauler for collection, according to the following schedule:

1.

City municipal collections division:

A.

Shall collect all accumulations of construction or demolition waste in one (1) roll-off for each property that generates construction or demolition waste in quantities less than eight (8) cubic yards every two (2) weeks;

B.

Shall provide a sufficient quantity of roll-offs as to ensure that construction or demolition waste does not become a nuisance or overfill roll-offs; and

C.

Collection of each roll-off at least once every fourteen (14) calendar days.

2.

Self-transporters and/or permitted haulers:

A.

All accumulation/storage of construction or demolition waste in quantities equal to or greater than eight (8) cubic yards and which cannot be placed in a roll-off container shall be collected every two (2) weeks by self-transporters or permitted haulers;

B.

All accumulation/storage of construction or demolition waste must be collected at least once every fourteen (14) days.
