§ 15-2. Schedule of monthly rates.

Latest version.

The following shall apply to the monthly rates for residential or commercial natural gas service:
(a)

Customer charge ..... $ 2.50

(b)

The monthly consumption computed upon the weighted monthly MCF cost of gas to Eagle Pass Natural Gas Corporation, plus the sum of two dollars and seventy cents ($2.70) per MCF of usage (which includes the twelve cents ($0.12) surcharge authorized by the Texas Railroad Commission Gas Utilities Docket No. 3236).

(c)

A fifty cent ($0.50) per MCF per month surcharge to be collected until Eagle Pass Natural Gas Corporation has recovered the total amount of its past-due debt owing to Valero Energy Corporation as of the date of the adoption of this section.
