§ 15-28. Supervision of house piping, appliances, etc.

The plumbing inspector and his assistants shall inspect all gas house piping, appliances, fixtures and apparatus installed, placed in, or in any manner connected in buildings and structures of any character in the city and shall inspect the installation, construction, alteration and repair thereof and see that all the rules and regulations of the city with respect thereto are properly complied with.
