§ 15-37. Right of entry to enforce article; decision on questions arising under article.

  • The plumbing inspector and his assistants are hereby vested with full authority to enter any structure or premises, either public or private, at any time in the discharge of their duties imposed by this article and to pass upon and decide any question arising under the provisions of this article relating to any gas house piping, appliance, fixture or apparatus, or the installation or repair thereof, or relative to the materials used therein, whether the same is in the original construction and erection, or in any alteration or repair thereof.
