§ 16-62. Failure to abate mosquito breeding conditions after notice.

If any person responsible under the terms of sections 16-60 through 16-65 for the existence of any conditions which give rise to mosquito breeding, refuses
to take all necessary measures to prevent the same, in accordance with the terms of
this article, within three (3) days after notice from the director of public works,
or his duly authorized representative, to do so, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
