§ 16-86. Signage requirement.

Beginning April 1, 2016, a business establishment within the city limits must provide prominently displayed signage advising customers of the benefit of reducing, reusing and recycling and of the need to use reusable carryout bags. The language of signs under this section must be in both English and Spanish and the language will be available at the city secretary's office on or before March 1, 2016.
