§ 16-90. Violations; penalty.

Latest version.

Any person who shall violate any provisions of this article or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a class "C" misdemeanor punishable by:
1 ^st violation results in a written notice of violation

2 ^nd violation results in a $100.00 fine

3 ^rd violation results in a $200.00 fine

Subsequent violations $500.00 fine

Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
