§ 18-5. Department of city.

Latest version.

The Eagle Pass Public Library shall be an official department of the City of Eagle Pass and shall serve all citizens of the city of Eagle Pass and the County of Maverick. All Eagle Pass Public Library staff shall be employees of the City of Eagle Pass.
