§ 19-1. Abandoned iceboxes, refrigerators, etc.

It shall be unlawful for any person to leave outside of any building, unattended, any icebox, refrigerator or other container designed to be airtight, if such icebox, refrigerator or other container has a door equipped with a catch or a lock which may not be released from the inside.
