§ 19-10. Peeping toms; trespass.

  • No person shall enter upon the premises of another, within the limits of the city, without lawful business thereupon, nor shall any person with or without lawful business, being upon the premises of another, gaze or attempt to gaze through any window, hole or opening of whatever character into any building with intent to view the actions of any other person then within such building.
