§ 19-13. Trash not to be thrown on streets or sidewalks; adjacent property occupiers to keep sidewalks free of trash.

No person shall throw any trash, or waste matter, upon the streets, or on the sidewalks within the corporate limits of the city. The occupiers of premises fronting, abutting, or adjacent to the streets and alleys of the city, where said premises are vacant, shall not permit trash and other waste matter to remain upon the sidewalks adjoining their premises, or in the alleys touching on said premises, for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) hours.
