§ 19-14. Trespass on city property prohibited.

It shall be unlawful to enter onto city property for the purpose of damaging such property or removing any part of it, or to place, keep, pen, maintain, exhibit, exercise or ride any animal or to drive any vehicle within any stock pen or any rodeo close or arena on city property within the city, without first applying for and securing from the city written permission so to do. Violation of any of the foregoing prohibitions shall be deemed and is hereby declared to be a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punishable under the provisions of section 1-5 of this Code.
