§ 19-37. Sign and notice to be posted.
Latest version.
It shall be the duty of the drive-in restaurant owner or operator to post on the premises in a conspicuous location at least one (1) sign bearing the following legend.
"CRUISING IN OR CONGREGATING AND LOITERING OUTSIDE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE IS UNLAWFUL. NO UNOCCUPIED VEHICLES MAY BE LEFT ON THESE PREMISES WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE RESTAURANT OPERATOR."
Violation of this provision shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by fine as provided by this article.
