§ 19-39. Deposit of litter by patrons.

It shall be unlawful for any patron of a drive-in restaurant to throw or deposit any of the litter mentioned in the preceding section anywhere on the ground, or on the streets of the City of Eagle Pass, save and except in the receptacles provided therefor. Violation of this provision shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by fine as provided by this article.
