Any person who, while on the premises of any drive-in restaurant, shall use loud and
vociferous, or obscene, vulgar or indecent language or swear or curse, or yell or
shriek, in a manner calculated to disturb the person or persons present at such place,
upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00).
