§ 19-42. Invalidity of article or portions thereof.

Latest version.

If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence or provision of this article shall be held invalid for any reason whatsoever, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining portions of this article which shall remain in full force and effect, and to this end the provisions of this article are declared to be severable.
