§ 19-44. General penalty for violation of article.

Any person found guilty of violating any penal provision of this article shall be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200.00); provided, however, that if any section or subsection of this article provides for a specific penalty for a particular violation, such penalty specified shall apply to such particular violation.
