§ 19-56. Neighborhood Crime Watch Program.

(a)

The city police department shall establish a Neighborhood Crime Watch Program for the citizens of the city.

(b)

The police department is hereby granted permission to post "Neighborhood Crime Watch" Program signs on all city-owned traffic and utility poles and both real and personal property to promote said program.

(c)

All neighborhoods of the city are encouraged to participate in the police department's Neighborhood Crime Watch Program to combat and decrease all criminal activity and mischief in the City of Eagle Pass.
