§ 19-144. Denial, suspension, revocation, and renewal of permit.

If, after the garage sale permit provided for in this article has been issued, the tax office finds that the permit was obtained by false representation, such permit may be revoked and or not renewed by the tax office. Such permit may also be suspended, revoked, and/or not renewed if the tax office finds that the holder of the permit has violated any provisions of this article.
