§ 20-13. Revocation and renewal.

If, after the permit provided for in this article has been issued, the planning department finds that the permit was obtained by false representation in the application, such permit may be revoked and/or not renewed by the planning department. Such permit may also be revoked and/or not renewed if it shall appear to the planning department that the holder of such permit has: (1) violated any provisions of this article or any ordinance of the city; or (2) been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.
