§ 20-7. Processing of the permit application.

Upon the filing of an application for a permit under this article, the planning department will review the application pursuant to the provisions of this article and render a determination, after conducting a background investigation, to either grant or deny the permit within thirty (30) calendar [days] from the receipt of the a complete application. If the planning department fails to process the application within the required period, the application is denied.
