Article I. PERMIT FOR ITINERANT MERCHANTS AND VENDORS |
§ 20-9. Issuance.
If, upon the completion of a review of the application by the planning department, the department finds that: (1) the statements contained in an application for a permit under this article are true; (2) the applicant has complied with the terms of this article (i.e. no violations, revocations or suspension of the permit); and (3) the applicant has not been convicted of a felony or a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, then the planning department shall issue such permit to the applicant. Permits are not transferrable or assignable.
