§ 20-30. Issuance.

Latest version.

If the chief of police or his designee finds that:
(1)

The applicant and its solicitors meets all the requirements of this article;

(2)

The applicant is in good standing with the Texas Secretary of State, where applicable;

(3)

The applicant and its solicitors has complied with all the terms of this article within the last two (2) years; and

(4)

The area of public property designated by the chief of police or his designee to conduct charitable solicitation is available, he/she shall issue such a permit.
