§ 20-75. Definitions.

For the purposes of this article, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:

Second hand stores and used clothing warehouses. The term "second hand store" and "used clothing warehouse" is used in its ordinary and usual trade acceptance meaning, and shall also mean and include any person or business engaged in any of the following:

Collecting, handling, buying, trading, selling or engaging in the sale or trafficking of used or second hand articles including but not limited to wearing apparel, appliances, furniture, toys, tools, construction materials or equipment, etc.
