Every second hand store and used clothing warehouse shall comply with the following
requirements: Shall have access to an arterial street; shall have adequate off-street
parking, (off-street parking that meets the zoning ordinance requirements of the city);
shall have adequate sanitary (restrooms) facilities for men and women; shall have
adequate on-site garbage and/or trash collection containers; shall have booths, tables,
merchandise display cases and shelves, hangers, or racks, and no merchandise shall
be displayed and/ or stored on the floor; and shall comply with the fire code regulations
as stipulated in the Code of Ordinances of the City of Eagle Pass.
