§ 22-73. Public liability and property damage insurance—Required.

Before the granting of any biannual permit provided for herein shall become effective, the holder shall procure and furnish to the city manager, and thereafter keep in full force and effect, a policy of public liability and property damage insurance to be approved by the city manager, and issued in the minimum amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00). Every such policy shall insure the city against liability for any claimed losses of life or property or injuries of any type whatsoever which may arise from or in connection with any improvements installed pursuant to this article.
