§ 23-7. Enforcement.

(a)

No public utility such as water, sewer, electricity, gas, etc., which is owned, controlled, or distributed by the City of Eagle Pass, will be provided to a lot in a subdivision within the corporate limits of the city or lying within its extraterritorial jurisdiction that has not been platted in the manner prescribed by this chapter and the plat duly recorded in the office of the office of the Maverick County Clerk.

(b)

No building, repair, plumbing and/or electrical permits shall be issued by the city for any structure or a lot in any subdivision within the corporate limits of the city, which has not been platted in the manner prescribed by this chapter and for which a final plat has not been approved and duly recorded in the office of the Maverick County Clerk.
