§ 23-63. Specific use easements.

An easement may be permitted for a specific purpose when requested by a particular utility and shall be dedicated to the city on the plat and be a part of a platted lot or lots. Such specific purpose easements shall be paved in accordance with specifications and requirements for the paving of alleys as stipulated in section 23-62.
