§ 23-65. Cross-walkways.

Cross-walkways ten (10) feet in width shall be dedicated by the subdivider within the subdivision where deemed necessary by the commission to provide circulation or access to schools, playgrounds, shopping centers, and transportation and other community facilities or to provide pedestrian circulation within the subdivision. Cross-walkways shall be provided with a concrete sidewalk four (4) feet in width.
