§ 23-73. Unsuitable land.

  • Land which the planning and zoning commission has found to be unsuitable for subdivision due to flooding, bad drainage, seepage and other features likely to be harmful to the safety, welfare and general health of the present and future residents of the city, and which the planning and zoning commission considers inappropriate for subdivision, shall not be subdivided, unless adequate methods for correcting same are formulated by the subdivider in writing and approved by the city and the planning and zoning commission.
