§ 24-12. Permit fee for businesses.

(a)

There is hereby charged on every person owning a business in this city an annual business permit fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

(b)

Such annual business permit fee shall be due and payable by January first of each year, and shall expire on December thirty-first of that year and such fee shall not be prorated.
