§ 25-23. Renewal of annual permit.

(a)

An annual permit may be renewed upon submittal of an application in compliance with section 25-19 above.

(b)

An annual permit may be approved by the chief of police in the same manner provided under section 25-20 above except that preference shall be given to those persons/companies already holding permits.
