§ 25-61. Holder's duty to enforce compliance by driver.

(a)

A holder shall establish policy and take action to discourage, prevent or correct violation of this chapter by drivers who are employed or contracted with the holder.

(b)

A holder shall not permit a driver who is employed by or has contracted with the holder to drive a taxicab if the holder knows or has reasonable cause to suspect that the driver has failed to comply with this chapter, the rules and regulations established by the chief of police, or other applicable law.
