§ 25-66. Duplicate permit.

If a permit/license issued pursuant to this article is lost, stolen or damaged to the extent that it is unreadable, a duplicate permit must be obtained at the city's tax collector's office before further operation of the vehicle. A duplicate permit shall be issued by the office of the city's tax collector's office upon written notice of such loss, theft or damage, and payment of a fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each replacement permit/license.
