§ 25-101. Vehicle Inspections.

(a)

A holder shall present each taxicab for inspection by the city shop division before final issuance of a permit as provided by section 25-20.

(b)

The chief of police shall, by regulations, establish requirements for size, age, condition and accessories to taxicabs as defined by section 25-5.
