§ 26-8. Vehicle equipment.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle on any street, alley or other public way in the city, unless such vehicle is equipped in accord with all state laws governing vehicles, particularly sections 108 through 139a of Article 6701d, Vernon's Annotated Civil Statutes, or to fail to use such equipment as required by such laws, or to use any equipment contrary to such laws.
